Situated on the resort Quinta do Rosal, this comfortably furnished single storey villa offers you good privacy within its own enclosed grounds (plot size approx. 1,000m²).
The villa is built in bungalow style with a roof terrace and comprises a living/dining room with free to air satellite TV and DVD, well equipped older style kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher and microwave and washing machine in adjoining utility room. Accommodation consists of a Master bedroom with en-suite shower room; two twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom. The house is surrounded by shaded terrace areas with a built-in BBQ and outside dining area.
Maid service twice weekly, linen change weekly, with towels changed twice weekly.
Minimum stay 7 nights, any day arrival.
