Description :
Very comfortable and spacious villa on two floors situated in an elevated position within the resort Quinta do Rosal. U-shaped swimming pool with lovely terrace, outside dining/BBQ area surrounded by an attractive garden (plot size approx. 1,000m²).
Ground floor comprises a nicely furnished living/dining room with free to air satellite TV and DVD; well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave and washing machine; separate guest cloakroom and a large double bedroom with en-suite shower room. First floor comprises two twin bedrooms, a bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have sliding doors onto the top terrace which has steps leading down to the pool terrace. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Maid service twice weekly, linen change weekly, with towels changed twice weekly.
Minimum stay 7 nights, any day arrival.
